Shay is a frequent recipe and food photography contributor to Gluten Free & More Magazine and is the Guest Editor for the Fall 2024 Baking Issue. It is an honor to collaborate with our nation’s best food allergy magazine.
The National Celiac Association
The National Celiac Association, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to advocating for those with celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity publishes a quarterly magazine to connect, educate and inform the community about many topics. Several of Shay’s recipes are published in the Autumn 2024 issue.
